  • Prospects - Have not purchased from you yet but may purchase sometime in the future (e.g., new customers). These are individuals who have shown an interest in your business but haven't done anything about it yet because they don't know how you can help them with their needs. They're looking for information about what you offer so that they can make a decision about whether or not it's something worth trying out first hand before committing financially; however, this does not necessarily mean that these individuals will become clients once they receive more information from us!

  • Leads - Are interested enough at this point in time but haven't yet taken action due simply because there isn't enough evidence showing how much value our product/service provides versus others available today on marketplaces like Amazon Marketplace...yet! If we could only find ways around those barriers then maybe we could see ourselves making some sales soon after all...but right now those barriers seem insurmountable unless someone else decides otherwise first--which might happen if someone else comes along offering free stuff too good offer not buy anymore."

When you are running a digital lead generation campaign, you should define what qualifies as a qualified lead. Who are you going after? Landing pages are the first step in converting visitors into leads and sales. They're designed with one goal: To get people to stop scrolling and click your ad! Then bring them onto your site so that they can take a specific action (buy something from you, fill out a form) on their own accord—and then convert them into paying customers later down the line.

The second step is where you convert these new leads into sales. The process has several customizable steps:

  • From your new leads you send targeted messages through text, email or both. This will allow you to build trust with your audience, so they are more likely to purchase from you. They are already interested in your campaign that is why the clicked and gave you their information.

  • Follow-up with a call to action – give them the chance to book an appointment or call, or ultimately purchase your products and services!

Next, nurture the leads you've attracted. Through emails, text, social media ad campaigns, blog posts and other content offers continue to reach out until they are converted into sales.

Once someone has subscribed, it’s important for you to maintain communication with them and nurture that relationship. They have an interest in you. Continue to feed that interest with personalized communication, other deals and offers relevant to them. This way even if there aren't any sales going on right now - there might be something worth buying later down the line.

Nurturing a lead means that you're guiding them towards making a purchase. It's not a one-time shot. You should be communicating regularly with your subscribers to keep them engaged, and even if they don't end up buying anything right now there's always the potential that they will in the future! After the sale, make sure that they are happy with their purchase and continue communication. This is an opportunity for them to make another purchase and possibly refer others. The plan is that the would become a repeat and loyal customer.
